We assign an expert project team comprised of a Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager and selected lead professionals from each discipline to meet the specific needs of the project. Team members are selected based upon a combination of qualifications, experience, and availability. This multi-disciplinary team approach is the key to maintaining exceptional communications and completing projects on time and within budgets. Our project managers are trained in communication, scheduling, time management and other skills appropriate for effective project management. In turn, our project managers have at their disposal access to daily reports from the company network on man-hours and budget status. Our project management team is fully equipped to identify, plan and monitor critical project activities which most influence completion schedules. Latest software tools are effectively used to exception - report project progress and recommend suitable corrective action.

Construction Management

We offer value engineering & constructability review, preparation of opinions of probable cost, job site management, construction bid package preparation, project planning & scheduling, material & equipment procurement, cost control procedures, contract management.

Project Monitoring & Site Supervision

Our project monitoring and site supervision specialists will be responsible in particular for all monitoring consulting services to be executed covering the aspects of cement process technology, process control, procurement, project management and administration, supervision of project execution and supervision of the commissioning of the plant's construction. Engineers specializing in civil construction and equipment erection provide designer supervision during the implementation phase of the project. They, additionally, assist in start-up and plant commissioning by ensuring that individual items of plant and machinery and the department/ plant as a whole, meet performance criteria as laid down in the specifications, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

The delegation of experienced personnel to the plant site to assist the Owner’s project team to supervise the CONTRACTORS activities to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract executed with the respective Contractors.

Operation & Maintenance Management Systems

Maintenance in today’s plant is a dynamic function of the ability to adapt to quick changes and to new policies and management techniques. Development of a clearly spoken and well-established partnership between operations, engineering, and maintenance our specialists provide assistance in the development and installation of a suitable maintenance management system covering aspects of both predictive and preventive maintenance. A thorough maintenance audit is carried out and a system is derived from the audit results. An appropriate trade-off is effected between the inventory holding of spares and the opportunity cost of equipment downtime.

Strategic Human Resources Development Services

We assist our customer to focus on sourcing, training, performance management, career and succession planning and management development areas and also help our customers to provide continuous training to engineering staff, technicians and workers. Together our specialist help the customer in instituting need-based changes in the different HR components in the organisation and developing the organisation’s most valuable asset – the people. The coverage, in this service includes a penetrative situation analysis and the building of human resources strategies in the areas of organisation structure, manpower planning, human resource system, and master training.
